One Woman’s Work Ethic

Out of all of the tools in my toolbox, my hammer is one of my favorites. (and here is a little “shout out” to my anvil, so he won’t feel slighted!!)I love all of my tools, as they are a means to an end. They are the pathway for my self-expression and allow me to let the creative juice become more than just juice. Juice, if sitting around stagnant, it  ferments and breaks down. Many have juice, few take action. I like action.  Overcome inertia! Work is pleasure for me and it seems the more I have, the happier I feel. My standards are high. My initials go on every piece that leaves my studio. My Father  says to always do your best work, no matter what. Your work is a reflection only on you. It does not matter what you do, just do something to the best of your ability and be proud of it. Contributing to our community is the important part. Together, we are one big organism. A hive. A collective. Do your part and be able to put your initials on it. Hammer on…
